Thank you for your purchase, We hope you are happy with your purchase and enjoy our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN
We offer money back guarantee on RoRoPure loose leaf and tea bag products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@roropure.com for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please note shipping costs are not refundable. All tea accessories products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All such returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return an item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

REFUND PROCESS
We will immediately process your return request for our RoRoPure loose leaf and tea bag products. For all tea accessories products, please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your returned item to process your return. Method of Refund: Unless you request an exchange or a store credit, we will refund to the same form of payment that you used. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your financial institution may take 5-7 or more to process the refund and post it to your account.
